I’ve known Bob for nearly 20 years, which seems crazy, but it's true.  You see, for many years I brought new and innovative products to HSN, QVC, and Evine as the manufacturer/brand rep but also the on-air talent.  It's a difficult business but one that I loved because I got to know people like Bob who truly understands the big picture. Talking shop is one of my favorite things to do especially when it's with a schooled and smart veteran of direct response.   We do quickly shift to what it’s like to be over 60 and the responsibility we have to foster-in and identify how we can help generations to come avoid being victims to ageism. In the end, we all want to find our life's purpose.  But Bob reminds us that our purpose changes as we move into the 2nd half of life.  What that looks like may be different for each and every one of us, but our collective purpose should always be to leave this earth a better place.
