Last week, Garage Strength had the pleasure of hosting Hunter Schiers, a junior thrower for the Winthrop Eagles completing his job shadowing assignment with our very own Dane Miller. Hunter had the chance to observe and participate in the training happening at Garage Strength, and was able to make a guest appearance on Dane's Platform to ask all of the questions an exercise science major would want to ask an elite coach!
