Justin has been involved in sports &amp; fitness for his entire life. At Wesley College, he played football and earned a degree in Exercise of Science.  With 20 years of experience coaching youth, college, and professional athletes, he has established himself as one of the best coaches in New Jersey. He’s currently a Level 2 CrossFit Coach, with additional certifications in Speed &amp; Agility and Olympic lifting. CrossFit became a part of his life in 2012 and competing started shortly after in 2013. Justin is a 3x (2017, 18, 19) CF Games athlete in the Masters division. Placing 2nd overall in the 2019 CrossFit Games (45-49) and 3rd overall in the 2021 CrossFit Games (45-49). However, the athlete does not define him as a coach.
