Over the past decade, Ruairi O'Brien has worked as director or cinematographer on several short films, including Monitor, Hum, and his own films Hoor and Teeth. Teeth garnered awards in Galway, Ireland, and Brest, France.  Ruairi has worked as DP on UK television series including Murphy’s Law and Father &amp; Son.  He has also shot a number of music videos for bands such as Placebo and We Are Scientists. One of Ruairi's more recent works of note as cinematographer is the gripping drama Five Minutes of Heaven, directed by Oliver Hirschbiegel of Downfall fame, and starring Liam Neeson and James Nesbitt.
