In this episode, qualified Naturopath Ashleigh Mythen talks with Maureen Callister, a specialised Kinesiologist and Master of Neuro-Linguistic Programming or NLP for short. Maureen has run corporate workshops and private group training in stress management for over 13 years. She has also taught and presented internationally in Dubai where her family lived for 4 years. Last year, coming back to Sydney Maureen has found herself working with stressed out teens thus creating her "stress Free HSC program" where Maureen offers support and guidance; educating the students about stress and how to get the best out of their study through their HSC which is the credential awarded to secondary school students who successfully complete senior high school level studies year 11 and 12 here in Australia.
