Dave Hartford is the Career Center Director of Behavioral Health Services at CentraCare Health in St. Cloud, Minnesota.  His responsibilities include the planning, developing, organizing, and marketing of all programs and services of the Behavioral Health Care Center. The Care Center Director is partnered with the Care Center Medical Director. They work closely with the medical staff, employees, and management in St. Cloud Hospital and Centracare Health, and governance committees to advance the organization's mission, vision, and core values. The Care Center has approximately 360 employees. Formerly, Dave was the Assistant Commissioner at the Minnesota Department of Human Services.NAMI Minnesota champions justice, dignity, and respect for all people affected by mental illnesses.
