Brad Nordstrom talks to us about the journey from the family farm, collegian trainer &amp; personal trainer - and developing the unique MELT program - before opening Maximum Performance &amp; Fitness - which was many times far from easy and definitely not glamorous. He dives into the many trials and obstacles that he faced with the support and encouragement from family and mentors to make him appreciate what he's built today. His focus on how to find a balance between his work passion and family life is evolving but understanding that being present is the best place to be.
