Camille Lowman is a single mom, business owner and mental health advocate from Portland. Her mission is to fight the stigma of mental health, normalize emotions and promote the important of intentional self care. Like sunshine cutting through the darkness, Lowman created Yellow Project as a way to help remind others that they are not alone, and the importance of taking care of yourself mentally, emotionally, and physically. Throughout her journey of working on her own emotional health, she found very few self care resources that offered more than just relaxation techniques, and from there, the concept of Yellow Project began. Yellow Project exists to bring joy straight to people’s doors in the form of carefully curated care packages, while spreading hope and providing a platform for other's to tell their stories as well.
