Winter content is always tough, luckily Newbsanity doesn't care what the hell the weather is outside!  They put together their yearly Night Ops event and FIT Challenge joined in to host an ultra event there as well! Aliyah Emas is a the definition of multi-sport with backgrounds jumping into any type of event including strong(wo)man, rowing, Crossfit, running, figure competitions and triathlon but is now focused on OCR.  This NASM certified trainer and 3k North American OCR Champion in her Age Group who has racked up 15 OCR podium finishes in a short time shares her training methodology with Conquer The Gauntlet Pros Ashley Samples and Evan Perperis.  Plus, the three talk their most recent races including the star studded Hildervat Race and Frontline OCR (OCR with a weight vest to honor first responders).
