L.A. Dawson is an author,health and life coach.  After being paralyzed from Neurological Lyme Disease and a catastrophic treadmill accident, she went back to school to study health and life coaching. Post accident and trauma, she realized that the "detours made her destiny" (quote from Amy Purdy) to help others... based on the ways that worked for her, during her time of crisis. She developed programs to help men and women suffering from stress and crisis.  It includes brain mapping, whole foods, holistic modalities, affirmations and grounding.  We work together to calm the sympathetic nervous system and get it out of constant fight or flight mode.
