In this episode, we sit down with Anita Kalathara, an actress, writer and filmmaker, who played the Young Mindy Kaling on "The Mindy Project", has appeared in "Trafficked" starring Ashley Judd, and also voices a character on Dreamworks "Trollstopia" on Hulu. Anita loves creating characters and telling stories of women of color, and speaks openly about her recent viral short film, "Unfair &amp; Lovely", targeting colorism in India. We learn about her personal experience with colorism and how it impacted her since a young age. She talks about how colorism also exists in Hollywood and what she’s doing to educate the world on the topic.
