Lauren is a San Diego native, podcast host, and mom to a 2-year old boy. She experienced a heartbreaking betrayal and breakup while she was pregnant. After being told that her ex-fiancé was simultaneously dating another woman, he left and Lauren sat in the rubble of the life that she thought was about to be born. That is when she was given the opportunity to do transformational work on herself. After years of diving deep to repair her heart and start anew, she found happiness again and recently got married. She’s admittedly a continuous work in progress. She is discovering ways to get in touch with her femininity as a mom and partner. Her life is so different now and filled with so many happy things. Her son is a happy, smart, and joyous toddler, she is a newlywed, and she’s putting herself through school, working hard day and night.
