Coach shares a change of mindset he and his program had after hearing Coach Saban share on the importance of making the individual athlete fulfill their consequences instead of the whole team. Coach shares that the importance of correcting the athlete instead of the team is that it forces the athlete to ask themselves, "am I going to do it the correct way or do it the way I want to do it?"
