A strong advocate for humanity and belonging, Bart Bailey, consultant and facilitator in the diversity, inclusion and equity space, was recently personally challenged with the loss of his 80-year-old dad from COVID-19. According to Bart while African-Americans made up 32 per cent of the population, they made up more than double the numbers of deaths, at 70%. With the death of George Floyd, Bart believed the issue of equity and disparity has emerged more so during this COVID-19 period than any other time.  He joins Founder Dai Le from Pennsylvania to share his insights on the impact of COVID-19 on him and his family, and on the American people.
