Luis Muchacho is the founder of Ciudad Cannabis and Mota Radio, a Portland based media startup focused on educating  Hispanic consumers about legal cannabis products and the new green industry.  Luis migrated to the U.S. from Venezuela after his successful media company was abruptly seized by the Hugo Chavez government and had to fled overnight to Miami or risk getting arrested.  While in the U.S. he ventured into the world of legal cannabis and has found a niche for the Latinx community to talk and learn about the medical benefits and industry trends.  Luis Muchacho es el fundador de Ciudad Cannabis y Mota Radio, una startup de media digital basada en Portland que tiene como mision el educar al mercado Hispano a cerca de productos hechos con cannabis legal y de la industria verde. Luis emigro a los EE.UU. desde su natal Venezuela despues de que el gobierno de Hugo Chavez confiscara todos sus bienes incluyendo su empresa de medios y tuvo que escapar repentinamente hacia Miami o correr el riesgo de ser arrestado.
