PART 1As a teenager David Mifsud was heavily overweight and had a huge lack of confidence. To overcome these problems, David went on a long journey of self development of the mind and body to get to where he is today. David currently owns the Gym 'The Body Shapers' and also runs a marketing business that helps other small businesses grow. This episode we chat to him about fitness, the building of a strong mindset, entrepreneurship and how we can develop ourselves. Dave constantly spits gold nuggets of wisdom so listen up kids.
