In this episode Carrie and Brady sit down with EKU Dean of Students Kenna Middleton to discuss her time at EKU as a student and how she became involved in higher education administration.  She talks about her time as the Director of Housing at EKU and the overseeing the building of EKU’s first dorm on campus in 40 years in 2013.  In addition she shares some tales from the dorms from her time as a student and a Director.  We talk about the importance of the First Year Course at EKU in helping student retention and what exactly her role as Dean of Students entails.
