John navigates through Acid, Techno, House, Breaks, Electro, house and Electronic body music multiverse in the pursuit of euphoric, auditory bliss. The music he plays in his sets are defined as broad in taste and eclectic in style.  He has played some of the most iconic Los Angeles parties including:  A Club Called Rhonda, Boiler Room, Mixmag Lab, Lights Down Low, Midnight Lovers, and Future Primitive. John also played festivals including Sunset Campout. John has shared the stage with Avalon Emerson, Lsdxoxo, Answer Code Request, Honey Dijon, Marie Davidson, Danny Daze, Solar, OctoOcta, Gerd Jansen, Lauren Flax, Roman Flügel, Lena Willikens, Interstellar Funk and many others. John has performed on radio shows for NTS, Dublab and KXLU. John has gained international recognition and recently played at Kraftwerk Berlin, Kinky Sundays at PAL in Hamburg and In Mexico City at Funk club. John is currently working on his debut EP along with some collaborations. He continued to develop his musical abilities and began playing in a band drawing inspiration from artists including Sonic Youth, Fugazi and Blonde Redhead. He bought his first pair of turn tables and began spinning and collecting records during his senior year of high school.After moving to San Francisco to attend art school, John formed the two piece band The Tenderlions in 2007. They were well received for their unique mix of live electronic and acoustic elements. The Tenderlions released several EP’s as well as singles and remixes through various labels such as Om Records. The live electronic duo had the pleasure of sharing the stage with the likes of The Prodigy James Murphey, and Simian Mobile Disco as well as playing reputable venues like The Warfield, Mezzanine, and Shoreline Amphitheater as well as various festivals. John is currently based in Los Angeles and is recognized for his broad tastes and eclectic style. He has played Legendary Los Angeles parties such as A Club Called Rhonda, Lights Down Low, Midnight Lovers and Future Primitive. He has DJed alongside Solar, Lina willikens, Marie Davidson, Octa Octa, Interstellar Funk, Honey Soundsystem, Gerd Janson, Honey Dijon, Maya Jane Coles and many others.
