Andy Bowker has emerged from some very dark times and is determined to be the best version of himself, after years of trying to be someone he wasn’t. He is a keen writer, photographer, walker, traveller and musician, and believes that yoga is life changing. He desires to see more people, particularly men, be real about how they feel, and understand that it is possible to face your demons without being annihilated in the process. He believes that you don’t have to be anywhere near perfect to be worthy of living your best life. He has had a lot of resistance to opening up and it has taken a lot to get him where he is today; honesty about where you are at is key. Andy currently resides in Yorkshire, England on the edge of the beautiful Yorkshire Moors.
