58 yr old Janet Lynn West is all about transitioning! She started off in the corporate world as a CPA but she turned her passion for fitness into a full time career as a personal trainer and left the corporate world behind. She started her own business helping others improve their fitness but still found time to cheer for the NFL, compete in bodybuilding shows and winning her Pro card. An international magazine cover fitness model, NPC judge, dance team member for an NBA basketball team and the title holder of several "best fo the best" in fitness titles, Janet continues to transition her clients and herself towards a happy, healthy life!
