Imagine this: 6,000 women and moms, enthusiastically donning pink and cheering each other on, while running a 5 or 10k race on the beautiful coasts of Santa Barbara and Santa Cruz, Ca. This week's guest, Melissa Mc Conville, along with her sister Sara Tanza, also a mom of two, have created and grown the “She is beautiful” race series, to one of the largest all women’s running series in the U.S to empower women from all walks of life.  A large part of the proceeds from the races go to charities within their local area in California.  Her sister Sara, shares Melissa’s same effervescence &amp; enthusiasm and works as a Physical Therapist specializing in the Pelvic Floor and talks to mamas about the importance of taking care of ourselves while pregnant as well as postpartum!
