My guest this week is my former Esher Rugby teammate and also my former podcast guest - Geoff Griffiths.   This interview was recorded in July of 2023 and we talked about the thorny subject of players transitioning out of the game when their playing days are over. The task of client servicing is clearly vital to any successful agency business, however it’s a role that can be approached in many different ways with no clear right or wrong.
