Where diversity is a fact, inclusion becomes a must.Each of us has the potential to make our own lives better, but there’s a limit to progress without social interactions.If we want TRUE Progress, we need to move as one, as a society, as a specie, towards the direction of BETTER – and this begins with INCLUSION.  And there’s nothing more inclusive than Health and Wellness. Regardless of demographics…  We all live and breathe. We all need to take care of our minds and bodies. And all of us can benefit from good health.This is the message Martin Balcaitis and Nate Chang want to share with all of us.  Martin and Nate are Chief Marketing Officers for StretchLab and YogaSix, respectively; both boutique fitness brands are part of Xponential Fitness.
