Dr. Erica Arcuri (@dr.ericaarcuri.nd) is a Naturopathic Doctor passionate about all things hormones, skin &amp; gut health. She recently opened her very own clinic - @wellbynd. She is also the co-founder of @thewellnessmrkt; an event that brings together a variety of vendors, workout classes, meditations and other wellness experiences. . Her belief is that people need to feel empowered in order to take ownership of their own self-care, healthy habits and health outcomes. She works with the “80/20s” of the wellness world – the ones who understand the importance of incorporating daily health practices, but don’t want to live their lives on a “cleanse”. She works with her patients, wherever that is at that moment, to create a wellness plan authentic to their needs, and to provide them with the tools and knowledge necessary to heal.
