In this episode, I interviewed Julie Shannon Williams. Julie is a certified yoga therapist, who lives and works in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. She is the owner and founder of Santosha Yoga Therapy where she primarily works with people in areas such as: chronic pain, autoimmune diseases, functional yoga therapy, and mental health. She has also created a wellness program for women called The New Face of Aging, designed to support the pro-aging philosophy and revolution.
