Lorrie explains" My spiritual practice began about ten years ago when everything in life seemed to draw me towards spiritual lessons and growth.  I couldn’t soak up enough knowledge. The more I learned about my spirit the deeper the yearning grew to open to its strength. Peace and joy of life is our birth right, and should be what we all seek on a daily basis.  In doing so I believe it will help the shift toward positive energy which is happening  right now in the world around us and within in all of us.."  The purpose of Living in the Light is to bring spiritually inspired designs forward.  The tradition of yoga has much to offer.  It is not the daily workout that we have come accustom to here in the west.  Traditional Yoga is a much deeper process holding many lessons and gifts of love.  Many teachers and students of yoga that hold a daily practice are well aware of the limited options in sharing these teachings.    My mission is to bring these teachings and thought processes forward with a more western mindset. Each design in Living in the Light holds a deep message, a teaching found on the website and included on the tag with each purchase.  The thoughts of these designs have been within me for some time.  It started with an inspired yoga student and grew with me as I became a teacher and a Reiki Healer.  I have always been very intuitive, as my yoga practice grew so did my intuition.  The healer inside me has come to light and brought me to even more Divine guidance.  As a teacher, I began to notice the “stuck” energy - not only in my students but also in the many people I encountered on a daily basis.  www.living-in-light.com
