Michelle acquired Westaff of Helena and Personnel Plus Consulting Services on January 1, 2015.  Michelle has been studying and working in the field of Human Resources since 2003. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from a top-ranked business school, the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.  Michelle is certified as a “Senior Professional in Human Resources” by the Human Resource Certification Institute (SPHR).  She is also a Certified Senior Professional by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP).  Michelle grew up playing hockey year round in Northern Minnesota and downhill skiing in Big Sky, MT.  Michelle's mother was born in Butte so Michelle is excited to raise her family in Montana.  Michelle enjoys traveling, water skiing on Canyon Ferry and downhill skiing in Big Sky.  Michelle and her husband spend their free time with their kids at the hockey rink, skiing down the mountain, or water skiing on Canyon Ferry.In this in-depth interview, she covers everything to entrepreneurship, buying a business while pregnant, and many great insights on female leadership.
