In today's episode which is a 2-part series, I have the pleasure of interviewing, Jasmine Puech, a life and empowerment coach guiding women back home to themselves so they can heal, reclaim their power and feel empowered. She focuses on nervous system regulation, inner work, self care and embracing life! She came into her line of work after having struggled with anxiety and depression, then overcoming it. She now shares all that she learned on her healing journey with others so they too, can live an empowered life!
