I was so excited to interview one of SilverPeak Performance’s  Coaches and Yoga Instructors, Carolyn Neuhausen.  I really loved this conversation because Carolyn gets pretty vulnerable and we cover a lot of ground.  Oh, what I wouldn’t give to be her career coach for realz!     Carolyn is a freelance writer and yoga and wellness coach. She believes the path to wellness encompasses nurturing all aspects of life - those that affect the mind, body and spirit. Her own path to wellness began in 2013, when she was introduced to high intensity interval training, fueling confidence, pride and positive changes in her body.  After gaining weight in high school and college, and ultimately losing 35 lbs, she understands the struggle and the emotional highs and lows that can be a part of the wellness journey.    Carolyn is a certified yoga teacher, and completed her 200 hours of training through Madre studio in Eagle Rock. Her love for yoga has deepened her understanding of the mind-body-emotion connection and how each plays a part in the total wellness of the individual.
