Alan is a musician, choral composer and author of the mystery novel  href="https://www.bahaibookstore.com/Search.aspx?k=Consulting+Detective" target="_blank"Consulting Detective.  Alan explains that since college his intention was to become a writer, and he was an avid reader of science fiction and mystery novels.  So it seemed natural that he would eventually put these two together to produce his first mystery novel.
