Known as someone who laughs a lot, she actually says in her own words "That I don't look like what I have been through" And she has certainly been through a lot, not least becoming a survivor of breast cancer. Living in New York, she has spent the majority of the last 30 years working in higher education, and it is obvious that she is a lady who believes in empowerment, and inspiring others to reach for their dreams.
