From walking around in the office to running on the pavement, our guest this week is Daniel Yeung.  Daniel in his 40's, works as as a telecommunications director and is attempting to qualify for the Boston Marathon. Daniel ran his first Marathon when he was in his 20's but didn't make the attempt again until almost 20 years later.  Daniel is a true believer that you don't need to separate fitness and work but you can combine it.   He shows this not through words but in action.   He can be frequently found at his corporate fitness centre running on the treadmill and having a meeting with a staff member.  If you want to get to know Daniel at the office you better be ready to climb a few flight of stairs or go for a ride on spin bikes.
