Karolina's parents met while attending an undercover meditation practice in the former republic of Yugoslavia. She &amp; her family escaped to Holland at the beginning of the Yugoslavian war &amp; later on migrated to Amsterdam so she could continue her studies in psychology. We talk about interracial partnership childhood trauma the struggles of modern-day parenting, embracing the uncertainty of life along with healing our inner child &amp; acceptance of our parents "mistakes." The art of surrendering &amp; doing nothing, self-care practices &amp; setting boundaries. The difficulties of mum guilt &amp; merging/retaining of cultures female energy &amp; communicating our needs effectively.
