Linda Fischer is a mother of three active young boys. After the birth of her third child she was diagnosed with postnatal depression and hit rock bottom. She knew that something had to change, so she turned to running. It started out running 5k's which turned to 10k's then eventually to marathons and even ultramarathons! In this episode we dive into how running has changed her life and provided her with an escape from the craziness of her day to day life.
