www.remixmyfitness.com  We just celebrated Canada’s day, which means that school is out and the summer is beginning for kids and many adults.  For many of us with children we try and find activities that will keep them busy, go on family vacations and send them to camps.  On today’s show I’ll be speaking with Ellen Howard owner and director of www.zodiackids.ca a summer camp and a premier swim school for children and adults.  We will be covering topics from   Why swimming is a lifeskill  What the definition of a winner is  Why so many adults are learning how to swim later in life  Tips and tricks that will help parents teach their child how to swim at an early age   Once a week the Remix My Fitness podcast will be sharing stories of everyday people.
