This week we are joined by Ms. Gladys Bogoshi the Chief Executive Officer of Charlotte Maxeke Johannesburg Academic Hospital. We discuss some of the challenges and virtues of operating public health facilities and her experiences as a female CEO in this sector. Whilst women have proven their professional capability, they still have to navigate soft issues such as, managing home lives and organising children by activating support systems to assist with these aspects to help them excel in their careers.
