Another ANC NEC member and member of Parliament, Mathole Motshekga, has spoken out against the party's president Jacob Zuma, calling for him to resign following the release of the State of Capture Report. Motshekga is the latest to break ranks after ANC Chief Whip in parliament Jackson Mthembu called for the entire party's NEC to step down. According to media reports, Motshekga maintained that the ANC cannot and should not accept collective responsibility for the actions of President Zuma, and those who are implicated in the Report.
