Jason was a 4:48 miler in high school who went back to his alma mater as a coach and now continues their winning tradition. Jason teaches and coaches at St. Joseph Ogden High School, one of the top XC and track programs in the state of Illinois. In this episode we talked about the importance of building relationships and having fun.
