Iggy's life was once extremely chaotic and destructive. He was diagnosed with a number of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and ADHD to name a few.He was heavily medicated for many of these diagnoses, yet his life was still out of balance. Iggy self-medicated for years with alcohol and illegal drugs and was involved in a lot of violence and criminal activity.Over a decade ago, he became a student of a Master of European traditional medicine. With the discipline he had cultivated as a martial artist, and the knowledge taught to him by a great teacher, Iggy completely transformed his life. Iggy now works as a mindset mentor, guiding his clients in the transformation of their lives. Iggy trains the mind and body as one. Rhyley &amp; Kaity have been working with Iggy for over five years and can personally vouch for his teachings and the impact that he has had on their lives.
