It's the first Mental Health Monday since last week's 24 hour Mental Health Marathon!  Mick reflected on last week's show and you can hear the highlight's of the marathon on this week's podcast. Michelle is a former RAF military medic and lives with PTSD and told of how she suffered with anxiety when serving in the forces.
