Bayot has a diverse background in technology, artist management and in the nonprofit sector that makes her uniquely qualified to help support charitable organizations in a variety of ways. Her more than 7 years supporting nonprofits have been focused on working with art and music centered programs. During this time, she learned the ins and outs of creating and running a nonprofit business and became a certified grant proposal writer. Chris also spent more than 10 years as the Director of a technical consulting firm, helping businesses such as the Hawaiian Airlines and the Bank of Hawaii create enterprise solutions to improve efficiency. Chris hopes this variety of experience as well as the connections she has made managing her husband’s music career will bring benefit to the charities she works with and ultimately have a positive impact on our community.J’aimeKailani Bayot is an artist, entrepreneur, activist, producer and a mother to two sons, Marley and Jaimeson. She founded Mama Earth Project in 2007 with a vision to provide people with the opportunity to experience the power of giving and making a difference.
