The CLT Alliance Foundation is partnering with Grow with Google (an initiative to create economic opportunities for all) and Coursera, (a leading online learning platform for higher education) to help scale the upskilling of workers in the Charlotte Region who have lost their jobs due to the economic impact of COVID-19. Both organizations are committed to supporting regional talent ecosystems, so that individuals can access the education and training they need for new skills – and careers – through the alignment of global and local resources.
