This time, we talk about gender stereotypes in the workplace, how toxic masculinity starts early, and how Karen thinks we might be able to eventually break free of toxic cycles.  Karen is the founder of Multicultural Counseling Associates in Oak Park, IL. They are a unique group focusing on the needs of people of color as well as the LGBTQQ community. Her personal experience and professional expertise gives her a unique perspective and deel understanding of the needs of diverse communities.
