When I sat with her in midtown Manhattan, she started to tell me how change can be difficult to accept for everyone. In a big organization like Danone, listening is a key value to facilitate the changes that fuel creativity and economic success.   Speaking of change, what is the future of food? For Anne-Claire, food is the single great unifier across cultures. And, in the future, sustainability and transparency will be central. That means for us, the customers, more local food to fulfill local needs and local cultures. The motto could be: Think global, eat local!  It’s time to listen to her.

Kelly "Claire" Berge has always felt a connection with the spirit world. As a child, she found herself face to face with ghosts, and she kept seeing them through her teenage and adult years. But Claire never knew how to deal with the apparitions - she never knew what they were or why they were following her around. Then Claire got a message from the other side and she decided to take things into her own hands.Today, Claire is the co-vice president of the Vancouver Paranormal Society, a small non-profit investigative team that hunts for ghosts across metro Vancouver.
