Higdon begins by explaining what migratory divorce is, and why it developed in response to the family law of the 19th and early 20th century. He describes political and legislative responses to migratory divorce, and why the practice eventually came to an end with the adoption of no-fault divorce. Why is it so important to maximize on the systems that are already in place? How do you figure out if your ceiling is being caused by a system or mindset? Those advocates become your centers of influence.  The person who fails the most is going to achieve the most.
