This week we talk to Clara Nzima the Head SABC 1, South Africa’s largest national public broadcasting television channel. We discuss key highlights in her career and some of her award winning productions, her proactive stance to consciously develop women in the workforce, and her sense of responsibility towards succession planning to build institutional memory. We address some of the gender challenges women encounter in corporate environments and the positive evolution of policies to improve their rights.
