Just protect our rights and stay out of the way.” - Roy Ramey About Roy Ramey:Roy Ramey is a proud family man with his wife Frances and teenage daughter, whom they homeschool.  Together, they operate a small family farm in Cabell County, WV.Roy is a combat veteran, retiring as a combat arms Army officer with 33 years service.  He is active in serving his community having been the presiding officer and board member of many organizations including WV Home Educators Association, Wild Ramp Market, Farmer Veteran Coalition-WV, Masonic Lodge, Knights Templar and Scottish Rite as well as many others. He devotes much of his time to educate others, including teaching in his local home school co-op, teaching on the farm, or speaking with groups about farming and food policy issues.  The Ramey's practice regenerative agriculture on their farm to restore an overgrown and worn out piece of land to producing food for their local community. About S. Marshall Wilson:Marshall Wilson is the husband of a formidable US Navy woman, father of nine children, and a retired combat-veteran Infantry Officer. He is a former Christian missionary from 2016-2020, he is a West Virginia Delegate (State Representative), and a 2020 candidate for West Virginia Governor.Marshall is a Ph.D. Candidate in Public Policy (National Security), and is currently an instructor for the “Military Operations” Master of Arts program at Liberty University. He holds an Executive Master of Arts in National Security Affairs from The Institute of World Politics in Washington, DC.  About Todd Williams:Todd Williams is a managing partner and Director of Operations in the professional telecommunications firm Anan Communications. Todd is also the Owner of Todd Williams Photography, where for several years he has been capturing nature's beauty. In recent years, he has spent much of this time in West Virginia focused on the beauty therein. Todd has various works in both private and corporate collections. He is a juried fine arts photographer at Tamarack: The Best of West Virginia, located in Beckley. Most recently, Todd's work was published in the international book Plus One Collection. His image was chosen from over 500 photographers worldwide, for this book with all proceeds going to charity.Most importantly, Todd is an active and effective citizen proponent of the Principles of Liberty in West Virginia. Building a Gov't Free Food System: Improving Safety, Security, and the Economy with WV Local Farmer Roy Ramey

Today, I get the honor of talking to a fella who I have admired for years, who cares about freedom and who understands that food security throughout the country would be vastly improved if we could get the government regulators out of our business and let folks sell food to one another, from the bottom up rather than further a centralized food system that puts us all at risk when deliveries no longer come for whatever reason. After serving as an Army officer for over 30 years, now in the Army Reserves, after being dissatisfied with government, he has decided to quit complaining and BE the solution, extending his service to run for office as the Commissioner of Agriculture of WV.
