Providing Behavioural Health Services On A Multidisciplinary Team (with Michele Shilvock, Behaviour Analyst at Paramount Pediatrics)

Hey Everyone! Episode 15 of The Behavior Trap Podcast is live. On this episode I got to speak with Michele Shilvock from British Columbia. Michele has a bachelor's degree in Social Work and a Master's in Special Education. Michele spent the early years of her career working with families of children with a wide variety of developmental and physical needs, providing 1:1 and small group support. Over time her career has shifted towards servicing families whose children were on the spectrum or who were experiencing behavior challenges. Michele spent 7 years as a clinical director for a not profit Autism agency, overseeing an integrated preschool, social skills groups and home-based EIBI programs. Recently, Michele has returned to private practice and joined a pediatric practice where she is part of an integral team supporting families who are experiencing challenging behaviors in the home and school settings. Michele has been in the field of autism and family behavior support for over 22 years.
