Francesca is the founder of empoweringyouniquess.  She is a self-worth and empowerment coach. She also is a human design reader, and actor and an advocate for women’s liberation of societal norms and expectations. Today we talked about helping women find their worthy using various different modalities we have studied.  We shared stories of serious changes we have made to our body as a result of body shame.  We also talk about eating disorders, the size of your clothing does not make who you are, our body is just a shell and should not control our lives and so much more. 40. {interview} Talking with Francesca Alejandra about body shame, women empowerment using human design/numerology, eating disorders and so much more

After suffering with eating disorders for 20 years and moving from Chile to the US in 2014, learning to love herself while facing her deepest darkness was only the beginning of Actor and Self-Worth Coach Francesca Alejandra’s healing path. As the process progressed, Francesca began to step into true alignment with her passions and, after years of self-discovery, she now embraces her inner light and is following her dreams while helping other women do the same.   About the Guest: Francesca Alejandra “Born and raised in Chile. I graduated as a Physical Therapist and majored in Sport science. I moved to the US on 2014, letting my entire life behind. All I was looking for was growth and healing. I suffered from eating disorders for 20 years. Learning to love my self and accept every broken part of me was the beginning of that healing path. As part of my healing process I worked as a model for local artist Eric Anfinson for a few years, facing my deepest darkness in the process. I was always passionate about arts, healing, nutrition, metaphysics, and personal growth. I studied, read, and went to as many workshops as I could on those topics, especially healing and personal growth. In 2016 I did guided meditations at the local Unity church and that was the beginning of me facing an audience. In 2017 I started reading the tarot and getting into other metaphysical practices that until today I use as a tool for guidance. In 2018 I joined toastmasters to practice and learn public speaking, and a few months later I became the Vice-president of PR. That same year I took an even bigger leap and decided to audition for a show for the first time in my life. Being an Actor was my childhood dream, but I never pursued it. That was the beginning of me being on stage and doing a few shows in town. My passion for the stage was as big as my passion for empowering women and support their healing path. That’s how in 2019 I wrote a heartfelt cute little book for women’s inner child. I am still working on the illustrations but I’m hoping to publish it by the end of 2020. In 2020 and after COVID, something shifted inside of me and I knew I couldn’t keep waiting for “the right time” to get out there and being of service to other women. That’s how my website “I wish she had known” was born. I am going to offer one on one coaching, workshops, masterclasses, and lots of more surprises.
