Clarity is what's lacking in most people's lives. If you're not clear on what you want, it's probably because you're not sure who you are and you develop self-limiting beliefs and patterns that hold you back, and ultimately self-sabotage habits . It sounds a little trite, but we're all brought up to somewhat ignore those things. We’re all brought up to inherit our parent's values and blueprints or society's values and blueprints. At some point in our lives we may suddenly realize we had climbed at the very top of the wrong ladder or we're in the wrong place in life that we're unhappy. Transformational coach David Highley says finding our true selves is all about making different choices, thinking in different ways, and figuring out what makes you tick.
